Dr. Brian graduated from James Madison
University in 1990 with a
degree in Health and Sports Medicine.
There, he worked with the various athletic teams to prevent and
rehabilitate injuries. After graduation,
Dr. Brian was fortunate to find himself working for a chiropractor and it was
there that he became aware of the effectiveness of chiropractic care for many musculoskeletal and visceral conditions.
In January of 1994, Dr. Brian enrolled at Life
University in Marietta, GA. He received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree
(Magna Cum Laude) in September of 1997.
His coursework also included study and certification in physical therapy techniques. His private practice here in Reston was established in January of 1998.
Each year, Dr. McNicholas attends continuing education seminars to stay abreast of the latest research and techniques for rehabilitation. He has particular interest in rehabilitation after low back in neck injury as well as auto accident injury and recovery.
